This is a personal information manager for windows 95/98/NT that will allow you to organize your phone book, manage your tasks and activities, get alarms of several events and birthdays, keep a personal diary, manage your property information and a manage your family budget. The financial information will be kept in local and foreing currency. This last feature will be very useful to those countries involved in the transition to the Euro.

Agenda MSD is very easy to use and allows the user to configure many of its characteristics to fit their personal preferences. The information can be filtered by simple and powerful conditions and all the reports can be viewed on the screen or sent to the printer.

Due to the fact that the information handled by this program is personal, some security mechanisms have been implemented to guarantee a high degree of privacy. By using a password, the user can control the access to the program, to the options configuration and to individual functions. In addition, the information can be stored in encrypted format to avoid unauthorized access from outside the program. Thanks to the security options you will be able to keep your data safe at home and at the office.

Agenda MSD contains the following main functions:

Calendar:
this function provides daily, monthly and annual calendars. In the daily and monthly calendars the expected alarms and tasks are shown, providing an easy way of controling daily activities.

Contacts:
this function allows the management of a phone book, with data clasified by groups. The information can be filtered by contents, categories and emergency. Address, phones and pocket reports can be obtained.

Alarms: this function allows the activation of alarms associated with events such as showing a message, executing a program, opening a file, making a phone call or sending an email. All this activities can be scheduled as unique alarms or periodic alarms.

Tasks: this function allows the management of tasks and to-do lists. You will be able to control the tasks and activities already done and the ones to be done.

Diary: this function allows the management of a personal diary, where important notes and events can be stored for future consultation. You can use it as a personal diary or as a repository of important notes.

Property: this function allows the management of the family property. With it you can control your bank accounts, your cars, estates, houses, investments, etc. The evolution of the property value can be obtained in charts and reports, and can be printed in local and foreing currency.

Budget: this function allows the management of the family budget. With it you can control your income and expenses, and therefore the economic availability for future expenses. This information can be obtained in charts and reports, and can be printed in local and foreing currency.

Besides this functions, the program provides some tools that can be useful:

Clock: this analog and digital clock can be adjusted in size and position and can be placed anywhere in the desktop. Even you can show it maximized.

Calculator: all the financial fields in the program can launch this simple calculator, that among other things, will allow easy money exchange between local and foreing currency.

Backup: the program provides tools for making data backup and data restoration. If a password has been specified, the backup will be protected with it.

CentCatAD allows you to test and improve your knowledge of history. There are five categories that you can choose from: Politics & History, Arts & Literature, Daily Life, Science & Technology, and Religion & Philosophy. After selecting a category, select a century (1st through 20th). In most categories, the nearer centuries (e.g., 20th, 19th, etc.) have more questions than the earliest centuries (1st, 2nd, 3rd, etc.). You can subsequently save your score, and then view a report of scores by category, by century, or an overall listing of scores. Multiple players can store their scores separately. The History & Politics and Daily Life categories are free and enabled right away. To access the other three categories, you must first pay for the product (which you can do online via a menu item).

Not all DVDs are G-rated, and some of our users may want to keep some of their collection from prying eyes. For these reasons, DVD Profiler has complete parental control features which allow users to hide DVDs based on customizable criteria. The default password for accessing the parental controls is "ACKNOWLEDGEMENT". This password can be changed, and parental control can be disabled at the users preference.

The Where Are You (WhereRU) program is designed to aid receptionists, administrators or anyone track the whereabouts of employees and co-workers. It functions like an electronic version of the sign in/out whiteboard that may have been posted next to a receptionist's desk, except that this "whiteboard" is visible to all who are running WhereRU on their PC. Thus, all participants can see the signout time, destination, and anticipated return of any coworker. WhereRU does this electronically when installed on a shared network server that is accessible to all employees. The shared tables are installed on the server and the program itself is then installed on each user's PC. WhereRU also incorporates a messaging feature (Messages) which allows the receptionist or any other user to leave messages/notes for co-workers. While any brief message may be sent, this feature is most useful when the receptionist must pass telephone messages to employees or when co-workers must answer phones for one another. The trial version is fully functional but has a 25-user limitation and a 30-day trial period. This is a 32-bit application and requires Windows 95 or higher or Windows NT.
