Compiling Lazarus applications for deployment under Windows CE/Mobile can be a difficult process if one isn't familiar with the Lazarus IDE and how the compiler search paths work. In order to make this process a little easier, our customer Richard Harding was kind enough to post an easy-to-use list of instructions for doing so on our support forums.
