The only difference is the trial versions contain a nag dialog that appears once during the initialization of DBISAM. In addition, similar to any of the standard versions of DBISAM, there is a 5-connection limit in the database server provided with the trial versions of DBISAM.

This nag dialog can cause problems with applications that don't contain a user interface such as web applications (CGI or ISAPI or ASP using the ODBC driver) or services.
