The components used by the ElevateDB Manager and Server are located in the edbutilcomps.pas unit. Before trying to recompile the ElevateDB Manager or Server, you should install this unit into the design-time package of your choosing so that the 'EDB Utils' component palette page appears in the Delphi IDE.
