# 4336 64-Bit ODBC Driver Not Handling Database Table Name Listings Properly

I have a customer that can access tables in my application when using Excel 2016 but gets Error 11010 can't access table or backup b when trying to access the same tables using Access 2016.

Application is written using Delphi XE8 and is running on 64 bit Windows 7.

User is running 64 bit Windows 7 and is using 4.42b1 DBISAM ODBC.

Comments Comments
This was actually reported earlier than the noted date by a non-customer that was evaluating the product, but this is the "official" incident report.

The problem was caused by the driver not translating the internal ANSI table names into Unicode, resulting in character truncation.
