You are required to buy a single license for each licensed copy of the development environment into which you intend to install the products. For example, if you own 1 licensed copy of Delphi 5, the Delphi 6 upgrade, and the Delphi 7 upgrade, you are only required to purchase 1 product license. However, if you own 2 licensed copies of Delphi 5 you are required to purchase 2 product licenses.
