Refund Policy

Elevate Software offers an unconditional, 30-day, money-back guarantee on every product purchased. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply notify us within 30 days of the purchase date to receive a full refund, minus a handling fee of $15.00 US for every copy returned. We politely ask that you handle all refund requests by contacting sales@elevatesoft.com. If you paid for the product using your credit card, please do not request a refund through your credit card company since this may jeopardize our merchant account status with the bank. Be assured that all refunds will be promptly paid by company check and mailed immediately. If you absolutely need the funds as soon as possible please contact us regarding overnight shipment of the refund check.
