Tim Young [Elevate Software] Elevate Software, Inc. timyoung@elevatesoft.com | Matthew,
<< Please make sure that you are making money from it. You need to be able to invest in your products more, and that can be done by charging more. I like the idea of various tiers for speed. >> We'll see what the next year brings, and take it from there. If we're still having issues with getting releases/builds out, then we'll make the necessary adjustments. Thanks, Tim Young Elevate Software www.elevatesoft.com |

When I login and go to the support session page all I see is zero purchased. Yet presumably I have a few from my DBISAM purchase and then a few more from buying EDB minus whatever I used earlier in the year. Although in the case of EDB I'm a bit puzzled, since I purchased it during the holiday discount period, so it's not clear if I get a full year of support sessions on it or some reduced number because of the sale price. |

<< Now that the new support process is in place, how do we see how many support sessions we have ? >> We just sent out an email with a link to the blog post here: http://www.elevatesoft.com/blog?action=view&id=new_support_policy_in_effect It details where everything can be found on the web site now. It took a little longer than expected to get everything straight this week, so that's the reason for the delay in letting everyone know. << When I login and go to the support session page all I see is zero purchased. I'll have this updated shortly, and then you'll be all set. Thanks, Tim Young Elevate Software www.elevatesoft.com |

Tim Young [Elevate Software] Elevate Software, Inc. timyoung@elevatesoft.com | Arthur,
You're all set now. I ran the update process back through and picked up the zero-charge subscriptions with new purchases in the last year that were missed the first time, so everyone is now properly credited based upon the list price of the subscription that as included as part of the purchase. This should be reflected on the Subscriptions page on the web site now. If you have any other questions, please let me know. Tim Young Elevate Software www.elevatesoft.com |
