"Gregory Sebastian" | One my customers reported this problem. I asked him to send the database
over but I could not find a way to open it or repair this table. He is using an XP Pro machine. He said he had to reinstall/ repair Windows and upgrade to Office 2007 and IE and the problem occured after that. Any idea what causes this? This is the 2nd or 3rd time one of my customers experienced this. Funny thing is all the other tables are fine except this one. The first time it happened, I was able to open the table after deleting the IDX file. But deleting the IDX or the Blb does not work this time. Can any one help to repair it ? regards Gregory Sebastian Attachments: DocMain.zip |

Did this customer have an improper power-down or crash of the hard drive ? -- Tim Young Elevate Software www.elevatesoft.com |

"Gregory Sebastian" | Hi Tim,
> recoverable. Did this customer have an improper power-down or crash of > the hard drive ? > He did not specifically say so but I think he probably did since he said he had to reinstall/ repair Windows. Thanks for looking at it though. regards Gregory Sebastian P/S Sorry, I meant to reply to the group but may have accidentally replied to your email instead. |
