Is it safe to craete server in dll? |

I have some apps which has dbisam server.
I want to create dbisam server on dll and run in dll and do not need dbisam server in host app. But there is a bug in synchronization of thread on a dll which is created delphi. (caused by delphi itself) Is it safe to run server in dll? | |
