Why not try repair in DBSys first? Making sure you backup first naturally.

I tried to repair them with DBSys but with unexpected results. The last
10.000 records were completly empty, even the autoincrement field is empty!

There's not much we can do about that.  If something like the Windows OS
file system corrupts the file(s), then you can get all sorts of junk in the
files - parts of DLLs or EXEs, directory information, blank space, etc.
