is DBISAM Version 4.26 already available for download? Version 4.27 excepts with "table has been changed or deleted by another user or
session" in one of my application and V 4.26 worked fine.
...but I do not have it anymore...

Is it possible to download V 4.26 again?

Can you please post the exact error message you are getting and under
what circumstances is it happening? The error message 8708 (*Record* has
been changed or deleted by another user...") is well known but you said
you are getting is "*table* has been changed or deleted...". Are we
talking about the same error message?

I can send you 4.26, but it might help you give us some more information so
as to find out whether the issue that you're seeing is normal or not.  What
is the exact error message (including error code) that you're seeing ?
Also, are you using pessmistic or optimistic record locking for your DBISAM
session(s) (the default is pessimistic) ?
