Is there anyone using Session.RemoteCompression different from default ?
If so, what is the results ?

In a classic "while not eof" situation, removing compression can speed up
the process ?

It all depends upon the bandwidth of the connection - the lower the
bandwidth, the more positive effect that compression will have on the
performance.  Any bandwidth approaching 15-20Mbps (both ways) or higher
probably won't benefit significantly from the compression.

Ok.
The idea is the speed of LAN (here is 100Mb) and sometimes 1Gb.

If I understand correctly, if I disable compression (in this scenario) I
will gain some performance ?

Sure, with that much bandwidth, the compression is just extra computational
overhead.
