Is the DBISAM Database Server 64 bits faster than 32 bits ? I am using 8Gb Windows 2008 Server 64 bits. Eduardo |

I highly doubt it - same code is still running underneath. There is more memory addressable but that itself has little impact unless you're completely maxing out current 32bit version (and even then . Also as per various Delphi related posting on the web i don't know anybody who has seen any significant speed increases by moving to 64bit (only exception i recall was float calculation as 64bit).
