We have had separate incidences from three different customers in the last two weeks reporting a DBISAM_UNLOCKFAILED error. One is reporting that this occurs at least every day.

In each case DBISAM v4.50.1 is running as Client/Server on Windows 7 or higher. We are still trying to determine if antivirus is involved, but they are likely to be running ESET.

Have not been able to identify a common thread that could be causing this on just these sites, and not dozens of others.
Are there any steps I can take to either track what causes the error, or to minimize the likelihood or impact of it?
