Hi Tim,

Your website is incredably slow !
I've just purchased elevatedb 2.0 (upgrade) but it costs about 30 minutes to
go through al the pages from the site...

also , if I send an email to sales@elevatesoft.com ( just clicked on the
link on one of the pages ) I'll get the followin message:

sales@elevatesoft.com on 09-09-2008 11:03
There was a SMTP communication problem with the recipient's email server.
Please contact your system administrator.
Is there a problem at your site or am I living too far from your server ?
Smile

kind regards,

Erik Bellaard

Not at all!
Everything looks fine from here (Lisbon, Portugal).
It takes only a few seconds to completely download any page.

Just an idle thought .. do Kaspersky know about this behaviour?
Maybe they could do something about it if it can be reproduced for them to investigate?

Hello Eric and Malcom,

yes, I wrote a mail to German Customer Kaspersky Support some weeks ago.

They wrote it is no bug and suggested me other Kaspersky Anti Virus settings:
Web-Anti-Virus - Adjust - Settings - Use Quick-Scan
(I assume these are the English words, I have got a German user interface).
With these settings, you won't have any problems with the elevatedb website.

I suggest you may want to inform Kaspersky about your experiences, too.
I suppose the German Support didn't test the problem thoroughly enough.

Best wishes
Markus
