We had a situation with the local Squash court here a couple of years ago, where the owners were selling up to retire. There was no interest in buying it for the courts, but a few companies put in offers to use it for storage instead, leaving us without a squash court in our town. (Find it hard to believe a town of 15,000 couldn't support a squash court, but anyway)... In the end, the squash players banded together, and purchased the courts themselves, to keep it going. How many people do we have using it that would be prepared to buy in.... What's the asking price... Hmm... </Daydreaming On> |
