"Clive" | Anyone else use this?, in the office they have Version 8.0 and when I
installed my DBISAM app it just crawled, I disabled the OfficeScanNT service and it went fast again. So for a test I wrote an app that wrote to a file 4000 times and with this virus scanner on it took 10 Seconds, with it turned off it took 2 seconds. from the client machines I cant see any config options for Trend Micro, and the administrator doesnt know much about it. Any clues as to some settings that could be changed to make it less aggressive? Cheers Clive. |

"Jose Eduardo Helminsky" | Clive
Disable DAT, BLB, IDX extentions from scanning and AV will not scan the files. Eduardo |
