1) Developing the engine and features 2) Indepth testing it all 3) writing the docs and information/webpages for it. If its nr 3 then we know a beta release is close for public release... You know how it is as you get near the end of a product and start to wrap up loose ends and test - you find things that simply don't work as they are, so they need to be redone a bit.
