I am trying to email sales@elevatesoft.com but with no success: host

Transaction failed - cannot correlate SENDER: or FROM: domain to sending
mail domain (in reply to end of DATA command) , even for the email sent by webmail
from the SOA/MX server of my domain?!
Seems almost like your spamfilter effectively blocks all my email adresses since hotmail
and other alternatives aren't replied either.

I've added you to the approved senders list, and that will get around this
issue.  Our mail server requires that the sending mail server's DNS
information correlate to the domain name specified for the sending email
address.  This prevents anyone from sending us spam via a forged email
address.  In your case, the sending mail server is identifying itself as:

15-10-203-85.cust.netguard.nl

Which results in an MX lookup of the same domain name, and doesn't correlate
to your sending email address's domain name (b-tronics.nl).

Hi,

We are having the same problem while our DNS records are set properly as we think:
http://dns.robtex.com/axencesoftware.com.html#graph
Can you please check your e-mail server logs and give us a reply in this forum thread?

Best regards,

Sure, the issue seems to be that your mail server is identifying itself as:

mailout16.mail01.mtsvc.net

but your MX records indicate that your mail server is:

mail.axencesoftware.com

However, don't worry about that anymore - I added a wildcard allowance for
*.axencesoftware.com to our mail server, so all of your emails will come
through now without issue.

My apologies for the problems, and please let me know if you have any other
issues.

Hi Tim,

Unfortunately we are still experiencing the same issue:

A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its recipients. This is a permanent error. The following address(es) failed:
 sales@elevatesoft.com
SMTP error from remote mail server after end of data:
host mail.elevatesoft.com [64.65.248.118]: 554 Transaction failed - cannot correlate SENDER:
or FROM: domain to sending mail domain

Best regards,

Sorry about that - my fault: I added a wilcard for the whitelist email
address, but the whitelist doesn't support wildcards.  I've now added your
specific email address, so you should be all set.  If you have other email
addresses that need to send email to us, please email them to me at
timyoung@elevatesoft.com and I'll add them.

Thanks,
