Nigel Stratton | Hi,
I wonder if anyone else is experiencing problems contact Elevate software via email using the published email addresses? I am trying to find out what happened to an order I placed about 3 weeks ago, but every time I try to email them I get it bounced back as undeliverable. I have tried sending it from several email accounts on different IPS's with the same results. Thanks |

I had this from one email account, but not another. Tim said it was an

Apparently we sent you an email that was auto-replied to, and the auto-reply was quarantined by our email server. Subsequent emails were rejected due to the fact that there was already an email from your address being quarantined (pending emails present error message). It's all cleared up now, and you should be able to send an email just fine. If you have a problem like this, however, feel free to call us and we will be more than happy to help you out at that time.
