I did not see Dan's post, so i'm lost here.. as always
What i meant was, how can track the error from the restore progress. I have
looked further and found restorelog of the database. I am now aware that the
problem is a

DBISAM Engine Error # 11013 Access denied to table or backup file "xxx.dat"

In this case i am going to close all tables on all forms and restore?
