In my help file the function DateToAnsiStr and DateTimeToAnisStr are
documented.
In dbisamlb there are noe DateToAnsiStr or DateTimeToAnisStr but instead
AnsiDateToStr and AnsiDateTimeToStr, am I running the incorect version of
dbisamlb?

Don't use the dbisamlb.pas functions directly, instead use the similar
methods of the TDBISAMEngine component:
