They're available in the download section of the Customers area of the web
site as a link from the download.

Tim-

The installation instructions for the VCL version of dbisam version 3 are:

"Run the SETUP.EXE that you downloaded from the web site."

Unfortunately, I do not have the setup.exe at this point.  All I have is
the bpl and dpk and other files.  They were working fine until I had to
reinstall Delphi6; now I have to reinstall them.

Can you send me a link to download a version 3 setup.exe?

You can download one from the Customers area of the web site.  Do you have
your user ID and password for the Customers area ?  If not, I can email it
to you again.
