There's one for Delphi 2005 here, and it should be pretty similar to Delphi
2006 and Turbo Delphi:

thanks Tim, but unfortunately that didn't help: packages in the end, after
the modifications, rebuild ok and are ready to install, but one of the two
gives a AV in the end in the register procedure and as result nothing is
installed.

When you say "in the end", what do you mean - end of what ?  And which
package are you trying to install - the design-time package ?  If so, then
make sure that the new runtime package is copied to the Windows system
folder first before trying to install the design-time package, otherwise
Delphi may use the older version of the runtime package.

"end" of modifications suggested in the post you linked.

Anyway i solved the problem now: since i still have D6 & DBISAM 3.30
installed on the same machine, there were conflicts among files due to the
same names. I've renamed packages and resources from "*D6*" to "*D2006*" and
finally everything built and installed fine!!!

Thanks again Tim!

Good to hear.  I suspected that it was most likely a naming issue.
