Sanford Aranoff	Running Delphi with the database open on the database module form, dbisam.lck is created. This file remains after Delphi is closed. Is this okay? Should I close the database and set the directory to nul before I compile and distribute the app? Thanks.

DBISAM engine will create it when needed and it won´t be deleted by DBISAM. Eduardo
