I have a 3 tables (A,B,C) where other tables (X,Y,Z) get lookup information.

Due to network speed I put the LookupCache=true for all the lookupfields in X,Y,Z at design time.

If I change or add a value in A (and)  or (and)  B or (and) C shall I then call  refreshlookuplist for all the lookupfields in X,Y,Z after the posting of
A,B and C ????

Or what is the best way to be sure that the new values in A,B or C will apear in my table X,Y,Z.

Yes, that's pretty much the only way to accomplish what you want.
