Thread DBISAM Engine Error 11013 from BDS2006 IDE

When I try and open a *static* query from the BDS2006 IDE, it will give
me an error:

"DBISAM Engine Error # 11013 Access denied to table or backup file '32600'".

If it is a live query, then it opens just fine. It also opens fine if I
run the application and open the static query. The problem is with
opening Static queries within the IDE.

At first I thought it was my AV program so I got it to ignore .DAT,.IDX
etc. and that did not solve the problem. I then inloaded the AV program
and the problem persists.

The temp directory does exist, and I don't see why I'm getting this
error. Can someone shed some light on it?

TIA
Dave

What is the private directory set to for the current session (PrivateDir
property) ?  If it is blank, then make sure that it is set to a valid temp
directory.

Tim,
I didn't fully qualify the Private Directory. I had it set to
"data\tmp" and the directory existed but of course the IDE doesn't know
the current directory. Of course the path should have been fully
qualified. Oops! :{}
