Dave Harrison | I want to export fields from a DbISAM table to another database. I
thought Export would work but now I discover the memo field wasn't exported. There wasn't an error or anything, it just didn't appear in the exported file. Dave |

<< I want to export fields from a DbISAM table to another database. I thought Export would work but now I discover the memo field wasn't exported. There wasn't an error or anything, it just didn't appear in the exported file. >> Memo fields normally contain CRLF pairs, therefore they aren't exported in DBISAM because they'll mess up the import process with the unexpected extra CRLF pairs. -- Tim Young Elevate Software www.elevatesoft.com |

Look at the export tools at http://www.scalabium.com/ Mike's stuff is very good and can handle loads of different formats. Roy Lambert |
