Hi,

I have no idea if this is related to DBISAM, but my application was
working and compiling perfectly until I upgraded to the latest version
4.26 Build 1 with BCB ++ 5 and now after compiling I get the following
error:

[Linker Fatal Error] Fatal: Unable to open file 'URLMON.LIB'

There a limited amount of stuff on this subject, but I just can't see it
being DBISAM.

Does anyone have any ideas?

I agree, I don't think it has anything to do with DBISAM specifically.

Is it possible that the compiler search paths changed for you ?
