As I said before and will say again - that application is *free* as a perk
to our customers and not supported by us in an official capacity.  I'm not
sure what is so hard about understanding this.  I attempted to answer your
question, but you wouldn't even tell me on which source code line the
debugger was stopping with the AV.   Therefore, there was no way I could
have possibly answered your question at that time.  After you posted your
second post about an EConvertError, someone else answered your question
(thanks Farshad) and there was no need for me to post anything further.  I
never said that I would actually modify any of the code in the Internet
Server for you, so I'm not sure where you got this idea from.

If the above is what you classify as a bad response, then I'm afraid you're
going to be very disappointed when dealing with other software companies.
