I used to use a subdirectory for data and when I ran the program form a workstation on the
server I just have to look on the .\data directory.
Now I want to use Vista and need to access the data on the CSIDL_COMMON_APPDATA of the server.
How do I find where is that folder when the workstation run the program on the server. At
the moment this function return the local directory.

It will always return the local directory.  There's no such thing as that
directory existing on a non-local drive.
