Sometimes, the server (and emails from ElevateSoft) are not showed because
is extermely slow. Waiting a few seconds (even two minutes), the page/email
loads.

They should show up as fast as our regular web pages.

Hi, Tim...

That's the problem, sometimes (not always), I just can't navigate through
your web page. It is extermely slow, but I can browse any other website with
no problem.

Fortunately, it only happens sometimes.

I have the same problem.

I am using Kaspersky Internet Security v6. If I turn it off
(Kaspersky) I can navigate the website/download updates OK.

Again, it only happens sometimes.

Hmm, I'm not exactly sure what these security apps are doing with the web
browsing, so I'm not sure how we could cause such a change from here.

Slightly OT, Kaspersky apparently digs deeps into the system. We have
Carbonite online backup on our machines and the last update killed it on
our Vista box. After a lot of time wasting I got the solution from
Carbonite - you have to *uninstall* Kaspersky, install the newer version of
Carbonite, then reinstall Kaspersky. Merely disabling Kaspersky is not
enough. I still find this hard to believe but this info may be of use to
someone at some point.
