Thread Wierd color of DBISAM on Start Menu

I just installed DBISAM 4.26 with the utilities on a relatively virgin Windows XP system
with the latest XP updates. When you click on "Start" and then "All Programs", there are
two DBISAM entries on the menu: "DBISAM Additional Software and Utilities" and "DBISAM VCL
Client Server with Source for RAD Studio (Delphi) 2007". What is weird is that both of
these are in a different color from the rest of the menu items. Instead of being black
text on a white background like all the other menu items, they are black text on an
orangish background. And if you click on either of these menu items, some of the sub-menu
items look normal and some have the weird orange background. What is going on here?

Perhaps Windows is trying to tell you that these are new/updated items.  Surprised

I have no idea, I've never seen this before.  Are you using the default
Start Menu, or the classic Start Menu ?  Also, are you using a standard
theme or the classic theme ?

As Malcom already stated, this is the normal XP behaviour for new installed
software in the startmenu.

Hmm, I never thought of the color as "orange", though.  It always seemed
more like a yellowish color.
