It was just a suggestion to check for as root cause for the problem is
unknown .
There are multiple  AV's involved in shared file scenario : server AV
scanning the share and desktop AV scanning privatedir (and possibly the
share also if network scan is enabled) .

However, as you said users can access the data just fine if alone then it's
likely not AV.

It's limited in its capability but should show connected sessions, locks and
file modes.


One final item- is there anything in the server event logs (errors due to
license issues or if server prevents concurrent access might get logged
here)
