Nothing major as of this time.  DBISAM 4.28 will have a couple of new
features in it, and a new example application (CDCollector, back-ported from
ElevateDB).

Are you looking for a specific new feature ?

BTW, as far as the product being supported and updated:  DBISAM 4.x will
continue to be supported and updated for as long as someone owns a support
plan for it.

No nothing special. I got the DBISAM upgrade offer so I was just wondering
if or what the near future developmentplans are for 4.xx.

It didn't take long to decide, with such a low upgradeprice. So you can
expect my order shortly.

Not being nosey here but how many support plans for V4
are there.
Not actual numbers but maybe a few maybe lots maybe a significant #

I would still like to see a better way in DbSys to select the remote
host, i.e a dropdown list on the toolbar or something similar.

I thought u C++ guys could knock up tools in minutes.
How is your VPS site going u happy with them, who
are they again ?
Mine is way cool I'am pricing premises to start my own
Dbisam / FireBird farm.

Hi Rita,

The VPS is has been great, not had any unplanned down time yet.
It is with www.bodhost.co.uk/

DbSys does pretty much most of what I want, I just find it a bit of a
pain when I have to edit the options to change the connection to the
file server. This is probably because I run 8 DBISAM servers on 4
seperate machines(Version 3 and Version 4 on each machine)and that is
not counting  the servers my customers run that I sometimes have to
connect to.
