Jan Hornstrup | Hello.
We have a BIG problem, with many SELECT's when using dbisam 3.30 under Vista and SBS 2008. When using a very simply SELECT like this: SELECT * FROM Ports_V330 WHERE Code = 1 the result set = 0 records (when some records should appear) If we leave out the WHERE clause it is OK ????????? Please see attached tables (Ports_V330.DAT and Ports_V300.IDX in the zip-file) We have found out, that problems specially accur when have tables with multiply fields of different field-formats on the primary index (in this case first field: Code is an Integer-field and second field PortCode is a Char-field. We know a work around on a Vista client - to use the "Win XP compatibility" under properties - but unfortunately that is not possible to do on the DBSRVR- 330 service on a SBS 2008-server. ANY SOLUTIONS ?????? Attachments: Port_V330.zip |
