If you want to try this, it would be simple to create a new package file for
RAD2010 using the existing version source. Note, I have not tried this yet
myself.

We've ordered today the upgrade from v.3 to v.4 with no support plan at the
moment. Can we receive also the D2010 version as soon as it is available?
(it should already have been available now.. you mentioned 2 weeks on august
28th)

I think yes, your upgrade to version 4. include a one year support plan.

Yes, your upgrade includes one year of support for free.

Yes, and sometimes other things get in the way of such dates.  In this case
it is an ElevateDB release.
