With DBISAM 3.x, you'll need to do it using a Delphi/C++Builder application
that calls the TDBISAMTable.CopyTable method.  There aren't any SQL
statements for copying tables in DBISAM 3.x.

I stand corrected.

The reason i thought it did was that we have it in an older v3 app - we must
have used SaveToStream then to accomplish the function like backup.

If it makes you feel any better, I had to double-check, and still couldn't
believe it myself.  I could have sworn we had backup/restore in 3.x.
