Thread Equivalent to EMS DBISAM Manager?
Fri, Jan 15 2010 12:13 AMPermanent Link

Sam Jones
The DMS guys have discontinued the EMS Manager tool, which we have always liked a lot.

There is a similar Elevate tool for DBISAM v4 ?

Please advise,

Thank you!

Scott Martin produced something called DBi-Desktop, similar but not as powerful. I don't remember anything else. I generally just used whatever tools Tim provided.

It works with 4.x but AIUI predates the changes to memo and blob fields
so I no longer use it just in case.

Tony babe you are a godsend. My oldman and some of his m8's have come
up with a plan to build an apartment block between Porto Banus and Marbella.
Some of the guys have experience in construction but none are architects.
As you sell a steel-frame calc u must know some steel-frame architects, can
you recommend any thanks.

Sorry, cannot help. Both my programs are currently based on UK design
codes and sell 99% in the UK (though I now live here in Melbourne).
