One user has just bought a new PC - top of the tange type i7 Intel processor, Windows 7 64bit transferred my app and is getting an error. I sent him a version  with MadExcept compiled in and it doesn't detect the error. I asked him to disable his anti-virus (Norton 360) after finding the web page to tell him how to. Still getting the error.

I don't have a W7 box or 64bit

Any suggestions as to cause?

Sorry no but i'm running a similar beast (i7, 64bit Win7, 12gb ram,
etc) so if you'd like another machine to try this on then drop me an
email with the link to your app (preferrably exe only and not
installer) and i can try it here.

Thanks. I'll check with the user tomorrow morning and if still no go I'll email you the stuff. Probably take me till the afternoon to get a demo database sorted (I tend to use a copy of live data for development).
