I never really bothered with them before except in duplicate
address details.
I had reason to from an outside source this week though and
I didn't trust a pro gamblers permutation in a 243 line perm.
I delimited them in a text file imported the little buggers to
a DBISAM Table setup a unique index on them and wow
81 duplicates thats 1/3rd of the 243 lines (records)
So I made it known and it turns out this guy has a huge following
paying £5 a month for perms.
His customers have perms going back years and they will be
sending them to me for verifying.
My thoughts are he has been keeping the best chances to
himself and using the £5 fees to gamble on them.
That would be fraud so as soon as them perms are verified
cops will get a call as will racing media.
Below what 3 from 5 races should look like. Without dupes.

worked on a DBISAM project for the Hong Kong jockey
club. We could all be rich if we knew a backdoor to that.
