Hi Tim, and thanks for the new 4.31b2 build. Unfortunately the download
page on your site is a mess:

the build 2 is not in list ; i can see only build 1.

"DBISAM VCL-STD-SRC - Version 4.31 Build 1"

And about utilities, the download should be for build 2

"DBISAM-ADD - Version 4.31 Build 2"

but if you click on it, you download a build 1, and if you try to run
it, you see 4.30 build 3 in the first setup wizard's screen.

What happened? :D

And you've also fixed it so that when I click on the link in the email I'm taken to the download page not just the click here to get to the download page link on your website. I wonder how?

I don't know - I wasn't aware that there was a redirect going on with any of
the download links in the emails.  The links are generated from the database
information and should always be up-to-date.
