TDBISAMDatabase.Backup return value |

William Root | The DBISAM manual shows that TDBISAMDatabase.Backup returns a Boolean value, but it doesn't say what it means. Can someone at Elevate Software say definitively? I know what the obvious assumption is, but I prefer not to make assumptions when calling someone else's code, especially when I'm asking someone to buy my product.

Raul Team Elevate | Tim is the only official source.
However true means backups was successful and false that backup failed. The example in manual does describe the return value : http://www.elevatesoft.com/manual?action=viewtopic&id=dbisam4&product=rsdelphiwin32&version=XE2&topic=Backing_Up_Restoring_Databases Raul On 1/5/2012 9:17 AM, William Root wrote: > The DBISAM manual shows that TDBISAMDatabase.Backup returns a Boolean value, but it doesn't say what it means. William Root | Thank you, Raul. The example is pretty strong evidence.
