The tables enclosed cannot be opened because of an error # 12035 "the table is not the correct version"

When I look at the version information of the table DBSYS (4.34 build 1) says "xxxx is in version 4 format"

When I do upgrade table DBSYS says "xxxx is already at the highest table version of 4.00, upgrade aborted..."

Some of the tables are hereby enclosed

Per email:

If you look at your .blb files, they all seem to be quite a few years older
than the .dat or .idx files.  The .blb files are what is causing this error.

To fix this, create a new version of each table using the same structure
(but a different name), and then copy over the .blb file from each to the
existing table's .blb file.

If you have any other questions, please let me know.
