Per email:

Tim: What version of XE3 are you using (Help/About) ?  There might be an
issue with update packs.

Both versions were the same.

Jorn:  I tried 2 times on my desktop PC without succes.  Now I tried on my
laptop and did succeed. So the problem must be on my desktop

Tim: I would check out what other 3rd party components you have installed on
your desktop copy of RAD Studio XE3, and try to isolate those that don't
exist on the laptop copy of XE3.  That should tell you where the issue is.
