Still seeing this. I just put in the debug server for when it happens again.

Hmm, all other customers having this issue have reported it as being fixed.
Does it seem to only happen after a DeleteTable "access denied" error ?

Yes, I've only ever seen it after DeleteTable failures, which is why I was a bit skeptical about the fix which you mentioned was related to SQL, which I have never used in DBISAM.

Hmm, we've had an issue with this in the past, but it was fixed a while ago:
