Hi Tim,

In my situation I have a TDataModule that contains both the TDBISAMSession and TDBISAMdatabase components on it, but I don't free these myself - I allow the TDataModule to free them.

Would it be possible that the reports you mention could have affected me as well (depending on the creation order) since I wasn't calling the freeing but allowing the TDataModule to free them when it was free'd.

(In my situation I was closing the Database and then the Session before freeing the Datamodule, so I'm not sure if this would have covered previous versions or not)?

Best Regards

Adam.

It's possible, but I wouldn't want to say for sure without testing it here first.  There was one very specific situation where the issue could occur:  if you create a TEDBDatabase instance with a TEDBSession as its owner.
