Hi

i'm Buying odbc.. but a question

i don't need a odbc src.

i cant' Understand the difference Between

DBISAM-ODBC-CS and DBISAM-ODBC-STD , products.

in DBISAM-ODBC-STD  i read :

Also included is a special 5-connection version of the DBISAM Database
Server for small installations and testing purposes

what is : DBISAM Database Server  5 connections ???

The former includes a full license (unlimited concurrent connections)
for the DBISAM database server. The latter doesn't.

It is a version of the DBISAM database server that is limited to 5
concurrent connections. The DBISAM ODBC driver is a complete database
engine in its own right - it does not have to connect to a database
server to function (although it is obviously capable of doing so).

Enrico,

Eryk's answer is spot-on.  If you have any other questions, feel free to ask
and I'll try to answer them before Eryk does. Wink
