Hi,

I have a few suggestions for the Database System Utility, possibly after version 5 is
released.

o Optimise, Verify & Repair
  - When you get an error such as 'Access denied to table' etc.
  - Possibly ask if the user would like to retry or skip to next table.

o Optimise, Verify & Repair
  - When repairing/optimising large tables the screen is not refreshed for long periods.
  - Possibly run the repair/optimise in a separate thread.

I'll make a note of this.

Progress updates are done on a time basis in ElevateDB, so they don't suffer
from issues of long periods of time with no updates.
